Refund Policy

All bookings are nonrefundable. If you would like the peace of mind of being able to cancel your vacation with a refund up to 30 days before arrival for any reason, you can purchase an insurance policy here: insurestays.com/programs/

If you have any fear of not being able to make your trip, it is strongly recommended that you purchase travel insurance to protect your investment.

Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-in: 4:00 PM
  • Check-out: 10:00 AM
  • Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability
  • Detailed check-in instructions will be provided prior to arrival

House Rules

  • No smoking inside any of the properties
  • No parties or events without prior approval
  • Pets may be allowed at select properties with prior approval and additional cleaning fee
  • Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
  • Maximum occupancy must not be exceeded
  • Guests are responsible for any damages beyond normal wear and tear

Security Deposit

A security deposit may be required at the time of booking. This deposit is fully refundable within 7 days of checkout, provided no damage has occurred and all house rules have been followed.

Payment Terms

  • A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking
  • The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival
  • For bookings made within 30 days of arrival, full payment is required at time of booking
  • We accept major credit cards and bank transfers

Cleaning

All properties are professionally cleaned before each guest arrival. A cleaning fee is included in your booking. Please leave the property in reasonable condition upon departure - dishes in dishwasher, trash in designated bins, etc.
