Refund Policy
All bookings are nonrefundable.
If you would like the peace of mind of being able to cancel your vacation with a refund up to 30 days before arrival for any reason you can purchase an insurance policy here: https://insurestays.com/programs/. If you have any fear of not being able to make your trip it is highly recommended that you purchase the policy. If you don’t purchase the policy and then you need to cancel for any reason you will not be given a credit or refund.
Cleaning Policy
In light of current events, we are working around the clock to ensure that our guests can feel safe staying in our homes. Using CDC guidelines, surfaces are cleaned with a 99% bleach solution disinfected before each guest’s arrival. Unlike other residential homes, we strip quilt coverlets and bedspreads and laundering them between guests. We ask ALL our guests to assess themselves and the health of their fellow travelers in the days and weeks leading up to their arrival at our home.
House Rules
No commercial activity at the home, residential use only – All properties
Check In time is 4:00p.m., Check out time is 10:00a.m. – All Properties
If you check out late from the house without having made previous arraingements, you will be charged $100.00 per hour for the extra time – All properties
No smoking allowed – All Properties
No Pets allowed – All Properties
No loud music or parties allowed – All Properties
No use of outdoor hot tubs after 10p.m. – Applies to all Deer Valley Properties
No loud noise after 9pm – Applies to all Deer Valley Properties
No street parking during any time of the year. – Applies to all Deer Valley Properties
Limit of 7 vehicles per home – Applies to all Deer Valley Properties
If any of the above rules are broken, and without exception, your vehicles will be towed at your expense, you will be politely made to leave the home and your Security Deposit will be immediately forfeit.
We are so sorry for the strict rules but by having them in place it ensures that you and your guests will have a wonderful and uninterrupted stay. If you aren’t 100% confident that you can abide by these rules please let us know and we will refund you immediately! We would hate for you to lose your deposit and or be made to leave the home.
As part of our pre-service we provide 3 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom and 2 rolls of Paper Towels for the Kitchen. If you feel you will need more than that please plan accordingly and purchase that before or during your trip.
